Meet the Founders

Rim Meddeb — Founder

A lifelong lover of the stage, Rim Meddeb began her artistic path at the Conservatoire National de Sousse, continued Modern Jazz at Nannouk School, and trained in Musical Theatre with Rafik Jlassi. She later strengthened her vision with a Master’s degree in Management and Cultural Policies from Dauphine.

“I created Show & Arts School because, as a young girl in Tunisia, I dreamed of a place where Musical Theatre was taught with passion and structure. A place we didn’t have — so I decided to build it for the next generation.”

Today, Rim brings together Broadway spirit, International artistic discipline, and a warm, supportive environment where every artist can express, grow, and shine.

Saif Ncib — Co-Founder

With more than 20 years of stage and studio experience, Seif Ncib is a complete musician — mastering guitar, piano, drums, and voice. As the lead guitarist and second vocalist of Midnight Pin since 2014, he brings real performance expertise to our students.

At SAS, Seif coaches students in musicality, stage presence, microphone and lighting setup, and oversees vocal recording and sound for all our artistic projects.

“I first met Rim in 2011 when she opened the school. My bandmates and I needed a place to rehearse, she needed music teachers — and we haven’t parted ways since.”

Together, Seif and Rim built SAS on a shared passion for music, and creating a true artistic hub for up and coming performers.
